We use payment service provider CrediMax to handle our credit card transactions and we use payment service provider Benefits to handle our Debits Card transactions. Both companies are licensed by central bank of Bahrain. First of all, thank you, and welcome to LAM Leather Bags Family! Once Payment is processed, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible, after which you will receive an automated email with your order number and your order details.  After 24 hours you will receive an email with your shipping number and tracking details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Once your bag begins its journey to you, it usually arrives within 7 working days and often less than that. If, for any reason, we expect a delay, we will contact you and let you know. If you find there is a delay with your order, please contact us. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

24 Hours after placing your order with us, you will receive an email outlining your shipping details and tracking number . You can use this information to track your new suitcase as it makes its way to your doorstep.

I'M NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH MY BAG. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you are not completely satisfied with your LAM Leather Bags order, we are more than happy to provide an EXCHANGE within 7 business days of delivery. All exchanges are contingent upon the following:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product must not show any sign of being used and be sent back in original condition with original tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost back to LAM Leather Bags.

HOW CAN I GET AUTHORIZATION FOR an EXCHANGE?

CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING I PURCHASED ONLINE AT ONE OF YOUR DEALERS?

Merchandise purchased online can only be exchanged through our online store.

I AM EXCHANGING A PURCHASE. WILL YOU COVER RETURN SHIPPING?

The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost back to LAM Leather Bags.

We will only cover the shipping for damaged and dysfunctional exchanges. Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for its full value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping. This policy also applies to all repairs being sent to us.

How to care

HOW CAN I SET THE COMBINATION LOCK TO MY OWN PERSONAL COMBINATION?
  1. The combination code will be set at 000.
  2. With the lock close, slide the square button towards the combination dials. Keep this button held until you have completed setting the lock.
  3. Set the combination by rolling each dial to reach the desired three-digit combination code. Make sure the three digits are centered in the middle. Do not forget the combination code you have set.
  4. Release the button and check that your code works by closing the latch and reopening.
