Exchange policy

We understand buying online can be hard. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. After all, our goal is for you to be happy with your LAM Leather bag.

You may return your purchase within 7 business days upon receiving it for an EXCHANGE. All exchanges are contingent upon the following:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product must not show any sign of being used and be sent back in original condition with original tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase All exchanges must be initiated via email with the invoice number in the SUBJECT line. Once an email is received, an exchange invoice will be administered.

Upon receiving the exchange email, instructions to complete this process will be administered within 2-3 business days.

 

Please note that all exchanges are based upon original prices. All sales, discounts or promotional codes, do not apply to returns and exchanges. The exchange(s) MUST be identical to ensure an even exchange.

 

Please be aware of the following:

  • The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost back to LAM Leather Bags.
  • Additionally, customer is responsible for shipment of new bag back to them.
  • LAM Leather Bags will only cover the shipping for damaged and dysfunctional exchanges.
  • There are NO EXCHANGES offered on custom-made or personalized items
  • Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for its value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping
  • After approval, item must be returned within 15 days to remain eligible
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Merchandise purchased online can only be exchanged through our online store.

The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost back to LAM Leather Bags.
Additionally, customer is responsible for shipment of new bag back to them.

We will only cover the shipping for damaged and dysfunctional exchanges. Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for its full value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping. This policy also applies to all repairs being sent to us.

 

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY APPLY

 

  • We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any return we receive that arrives without a return authorization or the product is not returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags.
  • We reserve the right to not refund the following:
  • Items with missing tags.
  • Items that have been damaged or defaced.
  • Items that have been soiled.
  • Items that have been customized.
  • Items purchased on sale.
  • Items that were special ordered.
